hbjie Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User" or "you") who uses the hbjie platform and all its services. By accessing the hbjie website or creating an account, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the hbjie platform. hbjie reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on the hbjie platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legally capable individual able to enter into a binding contract.
• You will operate the account in your own name and for your own purposes — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously been permanently banned from hbjie.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one hbjie account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — by any means — hbjie reserves the right to suspend or close any or all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Any changes to personal details must be reported to the hbjie support team promptly. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbjie supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). hbjie does not accept any methods outside this list.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The following limits apply to transactions on a hbjie account:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 — applicable for each payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 5–30 minutes.

3.3 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, virtual cards, or unknown sources are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in forfeiture of the related funds.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hbjie offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Exploiting the bonus system dishonestly — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any manipulation to collect bonuses — is strictly prohibited. hbjie reserves the full right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if such activity is detected.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

hbjie regularly provides various promotional offers, cashback benefits, and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own specific rules as described on the relevant promotion page. In case of conflict with the general rules, the terms of the specific offer will apply.

hbjie's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier based on regular active play. hbjie reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tier assignment, and this may be done without prior notice. VIP cashback benefits do not guarantee any specific turnover threshold.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the hbjie platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Fraudulent transactions or identity fraud.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Coordinated betting or arbitrage against the platform.
• Hedge betting for the purpose of dishonestly withdrawing bonus funds.

7.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your hbjie account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

7.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify hbjie support immediately. hbjie will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.

7.3 SSL Security

hbjie is a secure and reliable platform — all transactions and personal information are protected through SSL encryption technology. Users are still advised to ensure the security of their own devices and networks.

All content on the hbjie website — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and game content — is the intellectual property of hbjie or its respective licensors. Copying, redistributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from hbjie is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game software (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) is used on the hbjie platform. The intellectual property of these games belongs to the respective developers.

hbjie is fully committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment should be controlled and mindful. Users can voluntarily set limits on their own deposits, losses, and sessions.

11.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time through the hbjie support team. It is advised to complete any pending withdrawals and wagering requirements before closing your account.

11.2 Closure by hbjie

hbjie reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.

11.3 Changes to Terms

hbjie may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
